How will I be informed when a flight is cancelled or delayed?

When a flight is cancelled or delayed, you will be notified by the following methods.

• Peach website [Flight Status] page
  The latest flight operation information are updated here.
• Public annoucements at the airport and via the flight status monitors
  We will carry out public announcements in the airport and show the information via the flight status display monitors.
• Emails
  In case of delay/cancellation confirmed in advance, you will be notified by an email to your registered email address.
  1. The email will be sent from the following email address and subject:
     In case your email box has been set to filter junk mail, please modify your settings in advance.

     <Subject (for Flight Cancellations)>:【Peach】Flight Canceled
  2. How to confirm/update your registered email address
     Please search your booking from the [Manage Booking] page. (The Booking Reference number is a must)
     After retrieving your booking, you can confirm or modify your registered e-mail address by clicking on [Change Passenger Details].
