It is not possible to change the name on tickets (changing to someone else's name) or transfer your ticket to somebody else.
If the person to travel is to change, the ticket must first be cancelled and then a new ticket must be purchased.
Please note that name corrections are only permitted in the following cases.
・Spelling error
・First and last name reversed
・Adding a middle name
・legal name change
・Incorrect title (Mr./Ms./Mrs.)
