You can check your "Reception Number/Settlement Number" among below methods:

If you select payment at a convenience store on the payment page of your booking, you can confirm the "Reception Number/Settlement Number" required for payment at a convenience store in a separate window other than your Peach Booking Reference Number.
Tentative booking acceptance notification e-mail
Along with the booking details, there is a URL to confirm the "Reception Number/Settlement Number" required for payment at the convenience store.
It will be sent by the following e-mail address, so please check your e-mail inbox folder again.
<Subject>【Peach】Tentative Booking has been Accepted
<Sender> itinerary@resmail.flypeach.com

＊NOTICE＊

For security reasons, we will not be able to provide you with a "Reception Number/Settlement Number" even if you contact us.
If payment is not completed within 24 hours after the tentative booking, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
If you cannot find the email, you will need to make a new booking. Please be sure to note the "Reception Number/Settlement Number"on the screen after the booking is completed.
