How long does it take to get a refund for my ticket?

The time it takes for a refund varies depending on the refund method.

• Peach Points
  Peach Points will be issued within one week from the date of refund procedure.
• Credit card
  It takes about 1 to 2 months depending on the refund application date and each credit card company's closing date and also the refund status.
  Please contact your credit card company for details.
• Convenience store/ATM/Internet banking
  You will receive an email within two weeks from the date of refund application, with the instructions on how to submit the refund request.

• Barcode payment
