What is the refund policy to my ticket when encountering flight cancellation/significant delay?

Flights that are cancelled or significantly delayed may apply for a refund on our website.
In the case of multiple segments under the same booking reference number, all segments before departure at the time of cancellation/delay announcement will be eligible for a refund.
In this case, no handling fees apply.

• Deadline for application
  In case of force majeure such as weather conditions: Within 10 days since the original departure date
  In case of reason by Peach: Within 30 days since the original departure date

The following cases cannot be processed via the website:
-Different handling applied for each segment under the same booking number (combination of transfer and refund)
-Transfer of a part of passengers in a booking out of all
The above procedures are available via chat.

• Refund Methods
  We will refund you by the same method as you selected for payment of booking.
  1. For payments made at a convenience store/ATM/internet banking, you will receive an email within two weeks, with the instructions on how to submit the refund request.

  2. For payments made with Peach points, we will issue new Peach Points equivalent to the refund amount and email you the Peach Points details.

  For payments other than those listed above, refunds will be completed in about 1 to 2 months.
  We do not notify you of the completion of the procedure, so please check your statement by yourself.
